Hands-On Program

8-Day Hands-On Guitar Build

  • Craft flattop acoustic guitar using exotic tonewoods

  • Receive personalized mentorship from Luthier Eric Schaefer at his workshop in Bernville, PA

  • Utilize provided parts and materials; no prior experience needed

  • Cost of course is $6,330 per fellow (includes on-site boarding) and is covered through donations

By the end of the course, fellows will have created their own acoustic guitar from raw materials; raw materials evolve into instruments of hope and resilience, symbolizing the transformation of challenges into opportunities. Each chord strummed resonates with stories of strength, accomplishment, and newfound creativity.

Throughout the journey, Reveille Guitar Project stands by them on site, offering support and guidance as they navigate this experience.
