A restorative process, lasting long after the first chord is strummed.

Reveille Guitar Project is a Virginia-based 501(c)(3) corporation committed to teaching Special Operators the art of guitar building by hand - repurposing their high-level skills to reawaken the sense, ignite creativity, and serve as a new “reveille,” the bugle call that signals the beginning of their next chapter.

Hear about a Reveille program from our first participant and Special Operations Medic, Christian.

Empowering Special Operators on their journey to transform something out of nothing.

Reveille Guitar Project is derived from the French word “réveiller” which means “to wake up” or “to awaken.” The word “reveille” specifically refers to a bugle call that is played early in the morning to wake up military personnel. The name Reveille Guitar Project suggests that the organization is dedicated to creating guitars that awaken the senses and inspire creativity, just like the bugle call that wakes up soldiers to start their day.

More than just a name…
